Healthy Meal #1



Peruvian Style Chicken

I made this for dinner tonight. All ingredients are from Whole Foods. It is chicken with roasted onions and roasted red, yellow and green peppers and I paired it with brown rice. It was deeeeelicious. 
Jealous?!?!?!
